The assessment can usually be accomplished in a single day with key stakeholders.
A fundamental deliverable for the assessment is the charter and scope for the CoE Audit.

CoE Audit:
An audit of all BI practices, tools and processes yielding an audit report for the user interaction layer, BI application layer and data layer.

The audit can usually be accomplished in 1 to 3 weeks as determined by the Rapid Assessment.

The Audit deliverables include visual scorecards, interview guidelines, plus various roadmap project planning components for the CoE Enablement.

CoE Enablement:
