- For a global medical supply and life sciences organization, Niteo's dual-shore development team implemented a customer dashboard which combines data from sales, finance, supply chain and other data marts. The dashboards provides summary and customer and product information at a regional, territory, and sales representative level. The dashboard is also deployed on mobile devices for real time field access.

Conversions/Migrations
- For a workforce optimization solution provider, Niteo provided Cognos Conversion Services for conversion of approximately 800 Actuate and Crystal reports to the Cognos platform. About 80% of the reports were eliminated due to common metadata supporting multiple database and language platforms. Models developed include financial statements such as Income Statement, Operating Expenses, Balance Sheet, Long Range Forecasting, Interest Allocation, and Floating Rate Interest Analysis. Monthly and quarterly processes that would previously take 5-7 days with spreadsheets can now be completed in a few hours.

Data Warehouse/ETL
- For a major appliance manufacturer, Niteo created an extended warranty and service agreement solution, which involved designing and implementing data warehouse and data marts, developing the ETL routines for integration and the app location integration with sales, marketing, CRM, and legacy applications.
- For a global medical systems manufacturer, pulled information from different modules of SAP, then integrated that information with other systems to create a integrated data solution for Sales and Service. Niteo also built a robust reporting and analytics capabilities to leverage the data repositories.
- For a large mutual funds company, Niteo provided implementation services to migrate the organization to Cognos 8. As part of the initiative, Niteo implemented a data warehouse to integrate date from disparate data sources. Niteo then implemented dashboards to give business users a visual sense of key product trends and customer relationships driving the business. The dashboard achieved significant operational savings in manual data consolidation from multiple data sources.
Business Intelligence Competency Center
- Niteo helped a leading prescription drug manufacturer implement a Cognos BICC. Niteo services included planning, designing, implementing and staffing the BICC. Niteo and the customer established Cognos as the BI standard and converted other applications to Cognos, creating standard processes and policies for security, BI development and Maintenance.
- For a major global conglomerate, Niteo led the visioning, planning and implementation of a BICC. Niteo helped the customer by promoting a multi track approach to BICC focused on infrastructure, processes, methodology, BI standardization, application development, reusable assets, dashboard deployment, and BICC setup.
