CDC Mortgage Capital (CDC MC) provides floating-rate mortgage debt and various forms of mezzanine financing for real estate transactions in excess of $25 million. The company specializes in providing real estate owners flexible and innovative financing solutions, including structures that allow for opportunistic property acquisition and repositioning situations. Since June 1999, CDC Mortgage Capital has originated or purchased over $6 billion of commercial mortgage loans.
Client Opportunity
Although a very successful organization, CDC Mortgage Capital did not have an online presence. CDC MC was looking for a partner to quickly develop a marketing site that would achieve the following goals:
